Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using the Raseem platform ("the Platform"), you — or the law firm you represent ("the Firm") — agree to these terms.

The service

Raseem is a subscription (SaaS) platform for managing cases, executions, legal services, consultations and clients for law firms in Saudi Arabia.

Account and subscription

• A Firm's account is created by Raseem or by the Firm's authorized administrator.
• The Firm is responsible for managing its own users' access and safeguarding their sign-in credentials.
• Subscription plan, term and pricing are set out in a separate agreement between Raseem and the Firm.

Data ownership

All case, client and document data the Firm enters remains the Firm's property. Raseem does not use it for any purpose other than operating the Platform on the Firm's behalf — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

A user of the Platform agrees not to:

• Share their sign-in credentials with anyone not authorized to use them.
• Attempt to access another firm's data or bypass their own account's permissions.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance and circumstances beyond our control can occur.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Raseem is not responsible for the legal or professional decisions a Firm makes based on data entered into the Platform — the Platform is an administrative tool, not a substitute for a lawyer's own professional judgment.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription per the signed agreement. On termination, the Firm is given a reasonable window to export its data before it is permanently deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
